Due to popular demand, the final registration deadline
is moved to March 30th, 2016
Registration is required for all participants. The regular conference fees cover the expenses for participation, the book of abstracts and
program, conference bag, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday to Thursday, Dinners on Sunday and Monday and gala dinner on Wednesday.

Notes:
* "Student" fees are only valid for undergraduate, master and PhD students.** Accompanying persons can participate to the lunches from Monday to Thursday, Dinners on Sunday and Monday and gala dinner on Wednesday.
*** Only includes the Conference Dinner on Wednesday April 6th 2016. People attending the conference dinner can also participate to the two afternoon sessions starting at 14.00 hours (not including lunch!) on Wednesday afternoon, please check the final schedule on the programme (available soon).
Registration for accompanying persons and for the conference dinner is now available!
Please note that the gala dinner on Wednesday evening is included in the normal registration fees, so regular attendees do not need to register separately for the gala dinner.
For Accompanying Persons, please use the registration page below, register them under their own name, and send us an email (see contact above) to inform us on which delegate this person is accompanying.
Cancellation conditions
Before January 15th, 2016: 100% refund,
Until March 1st , 2016: 50% refund,
After March 1st , 2016: no refund.
